You retain responsibility for the text, documents, prompts, and materials you upload or submit to Grafoe. Grafoe does not claim ownership of the content you bring into the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights of others.
Generated Output
Outputs generated by Grafoe are provided for your use subject to applicable law and the terms of any underlying provider. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before publication, submission, or commercial use.
Because AI systems can reproduce or resemble existing phrasing, you should review generated material for originality, attribution requirements, and suitability for your intended purpose.
Infringement Claims
If you believe content available through Grafoe infringes your copyright, contact support@grafoe.com with a detailed notice identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, and the basis for your claim.
We may investigate reports, remove access where appropriate, and take account-level action for repeated or serious violations.
Respectful Use
Grafoe should not be used to republish copyrighted works without permission, remove attribution improperly, or misrepresent copied work as original authorship.
Where external sources are used, proper citation and acknowledgement remain your responsibility.
