How Grafoe handles account, usage, and support data.

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

Grafoe is designed to help you write, revise, and review text responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use the Grafoe platform.

By creating an account or using any Grafoe feature, you agree that we may process your information as described here for account access, product functionality, billing, support, security, and legal compliance.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and billing references needed to manage access to Grafoe.

We also collect workspace data such as the text you submit to writing tools, authenticity checks, citation generation, support requests, and activity history so we can provide results, restore prior work, and improve reliability.

How We Use Information

We use your data to authenticate you, deliver tool results, store history, monitor usage limits, process plan changes, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We may also use operational analytics and aggregated product signals to understand performance, diagnose failures, and improve product quality without exposing your private content unnecessarily.

Sharing and Processors

Grafoe uses carefully selected service providers for infrastructure, authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI processing. Those providers only receive the information required to perform their role.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect Grafoe, our users, and the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Retention and Security

We retain account and history data for as long as your account remains active, or as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain operational records.

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your Choices

You can update your profile details, request support, or delete your account from the settings area. Deleting your account removes access to the platform and begins removal of associated account data from active systems.

If you need help correcting your information or have a privacy request, contact support@grafoe.com.
