Grafoe provides writing assistance, authenticity review, originality checking, citation support, and related account features for lawful personal, academic, and professional use.

You must use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable law, institutional rules, and these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risks, unpaid charges, or violations of these terms.

New Grafoe accounts receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. The trial begins immediately when you create your account.

Basic trial access includes 200 words per request, 2 AI detection checks for the trial period, your 5 most recent history results, and no export access.

Pro trial access includes 500 words per request, 3 AI detection and plagiarism checks for the trial period, your 10 most recent history results, and export access so you can evaluate Pro features.

After 7 days your trial expires automatically. Access to all tools is paused until you subscribe to a plan, but your account, settings, and saved history remain intact.

No payment information is required to start your free trial. Free trials are limited to one per person and one per email address. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access may result in account suspension.

Grafoe offers two paid plans. Basic is $12/month or $120/year and includes all 6 writing tools plus 3 detection checks per month. Pro is $24/month or $240/year and includes all 6 writing tools plus 40 detection checks per month.

Annual plans are billed as a single payment: Basic annual is $120/year and Pro annual is $240/year. Annual subscribers save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing.

If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan during your free trial, your trial ends immediately, you are charged the full subscription amount immediately, your billing cycle starts from the date of upgrade, and remaining trial days are not carried over or refunded.

Unless stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where Grafoe explicitly agrees to a refund.

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on your first subscription payment. To request a refund contact support@grafoe.com within 7 days of your first charge.

Top-up check packs are non-refundable once purchased. Annual plan refunds are available within 14 days of the annual renewal date.

Monthly detection checks reset on your billing anniversary date each month. Unused checks do not roll over to the next month.

Top-up checks never expire and carry over indefinitely.

Grafoe relies on third-party models and services. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You should review all results before relying on them.

Authenticity, plagiarism, and citation outputs are informational tools and do not constitute legal, academic, or professional certification.

You may stop using Grafoe at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the platform materially.

Upon termination, certain data may remain in backups, logs, or records for legal, fraud prevention, billing, and operational reasons for a limited period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grafoe is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Grafoe in the period directly preceding the claim, except where law does not permit such limitation.
